• How long does it take to get my bot out of 'building' status?

  Usually, it takes up to few hours, if you have not received the bot within 24 hours, please contact support.

• How much should I start with?

  It depends on trading knowledge and experience, but we recommend to deposit at least 100 keys pure.

• What happens if my bot gets banned on Steam?

  Valhalla staff is responsible for accounts we manage, please check refund policy for more details.

• What should I do if I faced 'there are no available accounts at the moment' issue?

  We have no free accounts in our Steam accounts pool. Please contact support to request a new account, but it takes at least 15 days.

• What happens to expired bots?

  Dashboard site notifies users about ending and expired bots every time they visit it and sends notifications via Discord if configured. If you did not pay in time, bot goes offline and you will be to renew it or request items withdrawal until bot gets deleted next Friday 12:00 GMT.

• I found a bug. Where can I report it?
