Refund and Ban Policy

Due to the nature of digital goods and the use of TF2 Keys as a payment method, our refund and compensation policies are strictly defined below.

1. Rental Refunds

All payments made in TF2 Keys are final. We do not offer prorated refunds, key returns, or right of withdrawal once a Bot rental has been activated, as the digital service is considered fully initiated.

2. Steam Bans and Compensation

Using automated bots carries inherent risks. If the Bot you are renting receives a Trade Ban, Community Ban, or VAC Ban from Valve Corporation, the following policy applies:

Appeal Process: Our team will immediately attempt to appeal the ban with Steam Support. You must allow us time to complete this process.

Compensation Rate: If the account cannot be unbanned, vlhl.tf will compensate between 25% to 50% of the value of the locked items.

Valuation: The value of the items and the exact compensation percentage within the 25-50% range will be determined solely by the vlhl.tf team, using internal averaging methods. You agree to accept our team's valuation as final.

Form of Compensation: Any approved compensation will be paid exclusively in virtual items (such as TF2 Keys or liquid items). We do not issue fiat currency payouts (e.g., USD, EUR, Crypto) under any circumstances.

Timeframe (Important): The appeal and valuation decision may take up to 30 business days. However, because we operate as a small independent team, the actual distribution and transfer of compensation items may take an extended period (typically 60 to 90 business days or longer, depending on our operational capacity and the volume of locked items).

3. Exclusions

Compensation will not be provided if:

The ban was a direct result of your violation of our Acceptable Use policy (e.g., scamming, trading hijacked items).

The ban occurred due to trading items from games other than Team Fortress 2 (e.g., CS2, Rust, Dota 2) using our Bot, unless explicitly supported by our system.

The items were forfeited due to non-payment past the Friday 12:00 GMT grace period.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how vlhl.tf collects, uses, and protects your data when you use our website and Discord integration.

1. Data We Collect

We operate with minimal data collection. We do not use Google Analytics or other behavioral tracking tools. We collect:

Steam Data: Steam ID, Steam Nickname, Steam Avatar, and Trade URL (optional).

Discord Data: Discord User ID and Discord Username (if you link your account for notifications).

Browser Data: User Agent and IP address (once authorized).

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used strictly for operational purposes:

To identify you and connect you to your rented Bot.

To send you service notifications via our Discord integration (e.g., trade alerts, subscription expiration warnings).

To provide customer support via Discord tickets.

3. Data Sharing and Security

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties. Your data is stored securely on our hosting servers strictly for the operation of vlhl.tf. We implement reasonable technical security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information.

4. Data Retention

We retain your Steam ID, Discord ID, and operational logs only for as long as necessary to provide our services, resolve disputes, and comply with our internal policies. If your account remains inactive for a significant period, we may periodically clear old operational logs.

5. Cookies

We use essential technical cookies solely to keep you logged in securely via Steam. By using our website, you consent to these strictly necessary cookies.

6. Third-Party Services

Our platform interacts with third-party services, primarily the Steam Web API and Discord. By using our site, you acknowledge that your interaction with these external platforms is governed by their respective Privacy Policies and Terms of Service (Valve Corporation and Discord Inc.).

7. Your Data Rights (Data Deletion)

You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data from our systems.

To request account deletion and the removal of your Steam and Discord connections from our database, please open a support ticket in our official Discord server. We will process your request within 30 days.

Terms of Service

Welcome to vlhl.tf. By using our website and renting our automated trading bots, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Disclaimer of Affiliation

vlhl.tf is not affiliated with, supported, sponsored, or endorsed by Valve Corporation. Steam, Team Fortress 2, and all related trademarks are the property of Valve Corporation. You acknowledge that using automated scripts or accounts may be subject to Valve's Steam Subscriber Agreement, and you use our services at your own risk.

2. Description of Service

vlhl.tf provides rental access to pre-configured Steam accounts ("Bots") hosted on our Virtual Private Servers (VPS). These Bots are equipped with basic inventory/listing expansions and utilize third-party APIs (such as backpack.tf) for automated trading.

3. Account Ownership & Upgrades

Ownership: All rented Bot accounts remain the sole property of vlhl.tf. You are paying for a temporary license to use the Bot.

Upgrades: Any additional account upgrades (e.g., premium features, inventory expanders) requested or applied during your rental period remain the property of vlhl.tf. We are not obligated to refund, transfer, or reimburse you for these upgrades when your rental ends.

4. Payments and Activation

Currency: Rentals are paid exclusively using Team Fortress 2 (TF2) Keys via Steam Trade Offers. Keys have no fiat monetary value on our platform.

Processing Time: Once a Trade Offer is sent, account activation and payment review may take up to 7 business days.

5. Expiration and Item Forfeiture

If your rental period expires, the Bot will be immediately deactivated.

Grace Period: You have until the nearest Friday, 12:00 GMT following your expiration date to renew your rental.

Server Reset: If you fail to renew your subscription by the end of the grace period, the rented account will undergo an automated server reset. Any personal items remaining on the account at that time will be permanently reclaimed by the system to cover administrative costs and server reallocation. We are not responsible for any lost items due to unpaid rentals. Please withdraw your inventory beforehand.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use our Bots for scamming, phishing, money laundering, trading stolen items, or any activity that violates laws or third-party terms. Violation of this rule will result in immediate termination without a refund and forfeiture of items.

7. Service Availability and Steam API

Our Bots rely heavily on the Steam Network and third-party APIs. We do not guarantee 100% uptime. vlhl.tf is not liable for missed trades, delayed responses, or lost profits caused by Steam Network outages, API downtime, or server maintenance.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vlhl.tf and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of virtual items, data, or profit, arising out of your use or inability to use our services.
